Calm down

So as you know I write about my opinions on the world and stuff like that, but I also try to help you and solve some issues. So here is a little something fo when you are totally stressed or just fall down to the ground because something didn´t happen as you wished.

So I think that everybody knows that feeling when you get a bad mark, binge when you are on a diet or just give up on something you really worked hard for. It really isn´t a big deal. So take some deep breaths and realise that it s just a bad day, a simple mistake and you just messed up a little. Bad marks can be corrected, your diet doesn´t have to be perfect and everybody makes mistakes. We wouldn´t be people if we didn´t have some flaws. It is life. And you migh have done something wrong and it can mean the end of the world for you, but it is normal for things to be a little hard sometimes. So you just take some time to recover and there is always another chance called tomorrow. So if you find yoursef in situations like this or you just freak out because of something you should calm down, think about it a little and for example instead of complaining how much homework you have to do and how you have so little time to do it you actually get up and start doing it. And you know...tomorrow is always another chance but those who are really strong don´t need a tomorrow. There is a new chance every second you live. Try to make things happen before you miss out more time than it takes to recover.
